We believe that leadership skills can be developed and honed and that everyone has the capacity to be a leader, regardless of their position or job title. We have programs that will help build the skills and networks needed to tackle leadership challenges.
Leadership Twin Cities
Leadership Twin Cities is a nine-month program designed to cultivate civic and community leaders through an exploration of issues critical in the Greater MSP region. Participants engage with local business executives, community leaders, and elected officials, gaining insights through tours, behind-the-scenes experiences, and small group discussions.
Emerging Leaders
The Minneapolis Regional Chamber’s Emerging Leaders group unites early career professionals to foster personal growth and new connections. Their events, open to everyone, offer networking opportunities and discussions on how to be successful leaders in the workplace, enabling participants to connect with like-minded professionals, find purpose, and enhance their career impact.
