Some countries may require you to authenticate a Certificate of Origin at a Chamber of Commerce. 

To streamline the process and save customers time and money, the Chamber offers Certificates of Origin to be processed electronically via eCertify. Now instead of having to physically come into the Chamber office to get your documents stamped and sealed, the process can be done entirely online. eCertify charges $25 per document for our members. The cost is $200 for non-members. Here is the registration link. Only one representative per company needs to register.
